When will the PaVenue be available for rental?
We are shooting for late spring or early summer. We will not be accepting reservations until we are certain the venue will be ready but if you would like updates and/or to be contacted as soon as we are opening dates, subscribe here. If you would like to put your name and date on a no-obligation waiting list, enter your wedding date and you will be the first contacted.
What will the rental fee be?
We are a little too early in the game to calculate the cost of putting up the building but we are specifically designing it to be affordable. We understand how costly a wedding can be and we are committed to offer a beautiful, modern venue at a price that most can afford. Also, there will be options for 1-day, 2-day and full weekend rental.
Can I schedule a tour of the property?
We will be offering hard hat tours throughout the building process. If you would like to be contacted when we schedule one, be sure to subscribe.
What is the Building Capacity?
The capacity of the building is 100.
How many hours will be covered in the rental?
You will get use of the PaVenue for a 13 hour time block. This will give you time for set-up, take-down and your event.
Am I able to have my rehearsal there?
One hour is included in the rental fee for rehearsal but we cannot guarantee this to be the night before the wedding. Rehearsals will be scheduled based on availability. We suggest waiting 60 days prior to the wedding to pick the most convenient date/time available.
Does the rental includes tables and chairs?
The rental fee includes up to 10 tables and 100 chairs.
Will the New Branch Farms staff help me with set-up?
Help with set-up is not included in the rental fee although we do have options that include help with set-up and/or flipping the room if needed.
Do we have to set-up and break-down the tables and chairs?
No. When you arrive at your contracted time, your tables and chairs will be set up as per the layout you provide. At the end of the evening, we will break-down all tables and chairs.
Does the rental provide linens, tableware, etc?
The rental provides basic white table covers. At this time, tableware is not included.
Am I limited on the vendors I can use?
You are not limited on the vendors that you can use but they must be licensed and insured and they must be approved by our staff.
What is your alcohol policy?
If you are planning to serve alcohol at your event, we do allow you to bring in your own alcohol but you must hire a licensed and insured company to serve. If alcohol is served, security must be on property for safety. There is an additional charge of $40.00/hr to hire an off-duty police officer.
Is there any lodging near by?
Yes there is. There is a Hampton Inn, Econo Lodge and The Smithfield Station within 15 miles of New Branch Farms.
